Wyoming Medicaid

Wyoming Medicaid/ Kid Care CHIP are joint federal and state government programs that pay for medical care for some low-income and medically needy individuals and families. Medicaid helps pay for healthcare services for children, pregnant women, families with children, and individuals who are aged, blind or disabled who qualify based on citizenship, residency, family income, and sometimes resources and healthcare needs.

Kid Care CHIP provides affordable health coverage for the children of some higher income parents in Wyoming. The program provides free preventive dental and health care. Other health services are available for a small co-pay.
