VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH - MIDDLEBURY

We help pregnant women, new mothers and young children eat well and learn about nutrition and breastfeeding. We support programs and develop policies that help all people form healthy habits that prevent chronic diseases including physical activity, tobacco cessation, and recovery from substance use. We partner with health care providers, schools, and child care centers to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, prepare for public health emergencies, and increase our community’s immunization rates.
