Southern Trinity Health Services (STHS) is a private, non-profit Community Health Center. They were awarded a special designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The area they serve is federally recognized as a Medically Underserved Area, and has Professional Shortage Area designations for Primary Care, Mental Health, and Dental.

Mental Health Services

The programs allow for both self- and provider-referral of patients. A patient who self-refers will make an appointment with a Behavioral Health Provider by contacting the front desk. An appointment may be scheduled with a Licensed Clinician to explore mental health issues or with a Behavioral Health Provider (such as a social worker) for social services or other relevant issues. Behavioral Health Providers may accept walk-in patients who check in at the front desk if there is time.
