Safe Place Ministries

Safe Place Ministries exists to provide education, resources, support, and services to individuals, care providers, and churches whose lives and ministries have been touched by domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and/or sexual assault. By accurately identifying, understanding and responding to the complex dynamics of abuse, together we can bring hope and healing to individuals and their families.

Safe Place Ministries began in 1995. Currently, Safe Place Ministries consists of a small staff and a group of volunteers working together to meet the recovery needs of individual women and children in addition to the ministry needs of churches.  Safe Place Ministries offers a full range of victim services to the greater Boise area as well as training and resources throughout Idaho and beyond through our Education Resource Network.
