Individual assessments and group classes are available to help you learn more about nutrition, exercise, glucose monitoring, insulin pumps and complication prevention. Day and evening classes are held every month. They are taught by a registered nurse, registered dietitian and/or exercise physiologist.
A diabetes support group meets on the first Friday of each month at Stillwaters Gathering Place.
