Gifford is a nonprofit, community medical center with family health centers and specialty clinics throughout central Vermont and the Upper Valley.

North Country Hospital is a private, nonprofit acute care community hospital serving twenty-two communities in a two-county area in the rural Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Located on 30 acres in a quiet, easily accessible part of the City of Newport, VT.

Central Vermont Medical Center works collaboratively to meet the needs and improve the health of the residents of central Vermont, providing 24-hour emergency care and full spectrum inpatient and outpatient services.

All services are provided regardless of your ability to pay. Many services are provided free of charge. The Bureau accepts Medicaid and most major insurances in payment for counseling services, and also uses a sliding-scale fee system. No one is turned away because they cannot pay.
