The Windsor Community Health Clinic was established to serve members of our community who are not covered by Medicaid, VHAP (Vermont Health Access Plan) or private insurance, and who do not have the financial resources to pay for health care services.

Westminster Cares works with seniors and disabled adults in Westminster, Vermont to help them remain healthy and independent in the community.  Volunteers deliver meals, visit those who appreciate some company, and help with rides to the grocery store and appointments.

C.I.D.E.R. is a community-based non profit organization serving older adults and persons with disabilities living in Grand Isle County, Vermont.
