North Idaho College Head Start is a school-readiness program that provides education and support for young children and their families. Free program for eligible families. For children ages 3 or 4 before September 1. Now accepting applications at Head Start centers located throughout North Idaho.

The Head Start Center in Post Falls is conveniently located next to the City Library. Many collaborative events  enhance the children's learning.  Morning and afternoon classes are held four days a week @ 3.50 hours a day.
