The program includes individual and group substance use counseling. Specific treatment options and intensity vary according to individual needs and may include individual therapy, group therapy, case management, and/or intensive outpatient treatment.

PathStone provides customized, people-centered professional development services leading to portable skills and enhanced employability for diverse individuals: unemployed and under-employed adults, agricultural workers, mature workers aged 55+, returning/reentering citizens, veterans and youth.

Provides community-based supports to assist youth with successful transition to adulthood. Services include employment and housing counseling, support with finishing education, money management training, individual advocacy and connection with community resources, while at the same time providing problem-solving, positive coping and social skills training.

Feeding Chittenden fights hunger in Chittenden County by providing meals, groceries and support services for our neighbors. As the largest direct service emergency food provider in Vermont, we serve over 12k people each year.

Each location provides a wide range of important services to the low-income residents of Vermont's Champlain Valley. These include housing assistance, emergency fuel and utility assistance, emergency food shelves, transportation assistance, food stamp outreach, and other locally based services.
