The Community Health Centers of Burlington's South End Health Center offers medical, dental and counseling services, conveniently located in Burlington's South End district.

This Community Health Centers of Burlington location offers walk-in and scheduled medical and counseling/psychiatric appointments for teens and young adults ages 13 through 25. Special services are available for at-risk youth and homeless teens and young adults.

CHCB site, we offer Homeless Healthcare Program services including medical and behavioral health/psychiatry at no-cost for adults and families experiencing homelessness.

Riverside Health Center provides medical, dental, psychiatry/behavioral health care, as well as a multitude of other services to keep the community healthy.

ReSOURCE (then ReCycle North) began an innovative program of repairing and reselling household items that otherwise would have gone to the landfill. Out of that founding vision, ReSOURCE has expanded its services and programming to offer more opportunities to at risk-youth and low-income Vermonters in need.
