BROC Community Action offers hope, opportunity and a path forward out of crisis or poverty, so our neighbors and communities thrive.

All services are provided regardless of your ability to pay. Many services are provided free of charge. The Bureau accepts Medicaid and most major insurances in payment for counseling services, and also uses a sliding-scale fee system. No one is turned away because they cannot pay.

Upper Valley Haven has provided temporary shelter and educational programming for homeless families and adults as well as food to anyone in need.

Charter House Coalition is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to providing basic food and housing in and around Middlebury, Vermont.
