Martha's Community Kitchen Serving meals every day .

In response to our call as people of God to provide hospitality and caring to those in need, we will welcome persons coming to Brigid's Kitchen as guests at the family table.

Our loyal team of volunteers is continuing to feed those in need every Friday morning.

The Heineberg Community Senior Center is an independent, non-profit with over 600 participants. Our mission is to promote social, physical, and emotional wellbeing to all community members.

We are the association of five non-profit Area Agencies on Aging located throughout Vermont to respond to the needs and directions of older Vermonters and their families.

Westminster Cares works with seniors and disabled adults in Westminster, Vermont to help them remain healthy and independent in the community.  Volunteers deliver meals, visit those who appreciate some company, and help with rides to the grocery store and appointments.

Barnard Helping Hands is an ever-expanding circle of Barnard, Vermont neighbors reaching out to connect members of our community with each other by matching the skills of our community with its needs. Our vision for this organization is to help people in physical, financial, or emotional need.
