We maintain a Thrift Shop as a service to the community and financial assistance for the church. It is staffed by volunteers from the church, and has clothing as well as some household items, toys, and books at a very reasonable cost.

We are a congregation that for more than two hundred years has been dedicated to helping people in the Burlington, Vermont area worship and know God.

HOPE operates one of the largest resale stores in Vermont, offering a wide selection of new and used clothing, furniture, household goods, collectibles, books, vinyl records, and more. Everyone is urged to shop here and donate items they no longer need. Profits support our poverty relief work.

Joseph's House is able to assist with a variety of needs, such as utility shut-offs, food and laundry vouchers, clothing vouchers, bus passes and personal hygiene items. We also refer clients to other agencies and help advocate when possible.
