The Coeur d’Alene Tribe Early Childhood Learning Center houses all early childhood programs for the Coeur d’Alene Tribe. ECLC provides comprehensive services in the areas of education, disabilities, mental health, health, nutrition, and family services to 102 qualifying children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, and their families.
